This is an amazing collaboration. Moser & Cie. and Rolls Royce, two amazing companies with a lot of history and the highest degree of handwork in their fields.
The Swiss watchmanufacture H. MOSER & CIE. meeting ROLLS ROYCE
Neuhausen am Rheinfall, June 22nd, 2016.
This is a match made in heaven I would say. The day Rolls-Royce and H. Moser & Cie spent together. The two worldfamous enterprises share many of the values: a century old history, timeless elegance, iconic models and progressive technology encompassing tradition and expert knowledge. Members of the “Schweizer (Swiss) Rolls-Royce Enthusiasts’ Club” met the world of H. Moser & Cie. last may 7th; masterpieces on four wheel met masterpieces powered by a lot of tiny wheels.
During their annual meeting 90 members of the “Schweizer Rolls-Royce Enthusiasts’ Club” made a stopover in Schaffhausen to meet enthusiasts of mechanical masterpieces and lovers of timepieces made by hand. The reception took place in Charlottenfels, the family home of Heinrich Moser, which now is home to the Moser museum. Guests were introduced to the amazing career of the founder of Moser & Cie. and were shown some of the masterpieces. After that they enjoyed a presentation of current timepieces from the collection including examples from the three limited edition series made exclusively by H. Moser & Cie. exklusiv for members of the Swiss Rolls-Royce Enthusiasts’ Club. The Venturer Small Seconds and the Endeavour Small Seconds – both also available with diamond encrusted bezel – display a midnight blue Fumé dial with the Logo of the Rolls Royce club. These limited edition pieces possess an engraving on the caseback. Die Uhren dieser drei limitierten Serien sind auf der Rückseite mit einer Gravur versehen. The seethrough caseback of the Venturer-Model reminds of the design of the legendary Rolls-Royce hoodgrill.
In addition, 35 Vintage-Rolls-Royce-Model were shown at the event. Some even from before World War 2.
