Mondani: Total Rolex book – a review

Editore Mondani is a publishing house in Genova, Italy.  They possess a worldwide reputation for making the most indepth books about watches, especially about Rolex watches, but also about Patek Philippe, Panerai, Omega, and more.

While I represent them for the German speaking areas, they are offering their books worldwide.

Their latest book is called “Total Rolex”.  Usually their books tend to be published in two languages, Italian and English.  This new book is written in 5 languages including German, French, Spanish, English and Italian.

I consider this book like a basic bible to see an overview of modern and vintage Rolex timepieces from the past 60-70 years.

Guido Mondani, the founder of Editore Mondani, possessed one of the largest vintage Rolex collections in the world which were auctioned off at Antiquorum in 2006.  He still loves Rolex and not only them.

This book is a perfect coffeetable book, it contains images of some of the rarest and most valuable Rolex timepieces in history.  All pictures are highresolution, and you can clearly see how detailed dials of these watches were made in the past.

Well, I wanted to show you some pictures so you can get an impression of this book.  It is a book I have sitting on my table in my living room.  And it is well worth it.
