The Moritz Grossmann Tourbillon is their current masterpiece and the top timepiece of the BENU collection.

This timepiece possesses a flying three-minute tourbillon with stop seconds.  This is one of the most impressive horological accomplishments.

Talking about customization of your watch:

The “stop seconds” is a the patent-pending system which pauses the operation of the balance wheel in this Moritz Grossmann tourbillon and uses a fine “elastic brush with human hair” which in turn stops the balance wheel. You may wonder why the balance wheel should temporarily stop? Well, this allows the wearer to more precisely set the time, as without a stop-seconds function, when you pull the crown out, the seconds hand keeps moving. By stopping it, you can set it exactly to the second. Most, not all, tourbillon watches do not have a stop-seconds system.

The complex choreography of mechanical precision can be admired through the sapphire-crystal back. It expresses technical virtuosity and stands for traditional craftsmanship.
