Just looks like any regular watch, doesn’t it?  Hour hand and minute hand, second hand is missing, right?  But, if you take a closer look at the dial, what do you see there?

This watch is designed like having a lense that can open and close, similar to a camera lense.  When it is closed, it looks like the dial is plain and simple, when it opens, it will reveal what is underneath.  When I saw this watch for the first time about 1.5 years ago, I was really impressed, and the team behind Valbray is quite amazing. Creativity paired with designing unique ideas into watches.  Really amazing.  So this watch carries a labyrinth.  And you can play with it for hours, as you try to bring the tiny ball into the center of the labyrinth and back.  If I owned this watch, I would not need anything else to play with it.  Very addictive.

IMG_6723 mtThe naming of this timepiece is derived from greek mythology, Minothaurus was the half man half bull creature living in the center of the labyrinth.  You can tread more about it on Wikipedia if you are not familiar with it.

This watch is a limited edition of 77 pieces.  If you like to read more about it, feel free to check the Valbray homepage.
