This picture is of the original vintage CWC Chronograph, however, there is also a reissue. The pictured timepiece looks close to NOS while you see the typical signs from storage on the dial, especially surrounding the indices. Nothing unusual. Does not make the watch any worse. For more information on such british military chronograph timepieces, I recommend this site.
From what I have found out, this is a 1973 issued watch (the number 73 on the caseback indicates this) with a 7733 movement and it is british military issue. The same kind of was made by Hamilton, Precista, and the very rare Newmark.
The 0552 number on the caseback indicates Royal Navy issue actually.
I like the beautiful patina of this piece. Oftentimes military watches look rocked and worn and in not so good condition. This is a real exception. A wonderful find by the lucky owner.
I took a couple more pictures for your enjoyment.
