Rolex Daytona Reference 6263 from 1970s with rare Sigma dial

This is a Rolex Daytona reference 6263 with Sigma dial.  The dial does not have the Daytona writing and carries a clean look.

This timepiece has a Valjoux based 727 handwound movement which is just as reliable as a Rolex movement.

This is a stunning and gorgeous example.  The Sigma sign unterneath the 6 o’clock signifies that the indexes are made of white gold and therefore cannot corrode.

The dial is in excellent condition, and really nice example of a nearly 40 year old Rolex.
