Loading...I got mail! Oh yes, I did. A big surprise waited for me at the post office when I went to pick up my mail. A package from Switzerland, with an address I could not identify.
Well, upon arrival at home I opened the package and say the inside package with the Christmas artist picture of Hublot. And inside, guess what? A big piece of cheese from Mr. Biver.
For those who do not know, Mr. Biver lives high up in the mountains above Montreux and has his own farm where he has cows to make his own cheese as well as grapes to make his own wine.
I think it is safe to say that Hublot as Mr. Biver should be awarded the highest recognition for customer service of all Swiss watchmaking firms. Many others could really learn a thing or two from him, couldn’t they?
